Owner & Operator
Dexter was born and raised in Ponca City, attending Lutheran School and graduating from Po-HI. He went on to earn his Associate's degree from Cowley College. His experience in the plumbing industry began immediately after graduating college. In 2013, Dexter and his wife took a leap of faith and started Drain Doctor Plumbing.
Lead Apprentice
Bass was born in Winfield, Kansas and graduated from Winfield High School before joining the United States Air Force, where his MOS was in civil engineering water and fuels. He served our country from 2011–2017. Towards the end of his military career, Bass moved to Ponca City to pursue a new path and has been an excellent and crucial member of the Drain Doctor team since 2017.
Owner & Office Manager
Alyssa was born and raised in Ponca City, where she attended public schools. After turning 18 she joined the United States Army, where she served 10 years including one combat deployment. Alyssa moved back to Ponca City to finish her college degree at NOC. She handles all calls and scheduling for the company. Together with co-owner Dexter, Alyssa is proud to raise their three daughters and one son in Ponca City.
